I have worked for DCP Midstream since July 2013 as an administrative assistant for four different groups. This has given me the opportunity to work with several different programs along with the normal duties of an admin. • Peoplesoft- requisitions/purchase orders, pay vouchers, reconciling credit card statements and re-class of charges in the voucher Journal. • Maximo-Create work orders and pull reports.• Microsoft Excel- Create reports with various use of formulas.• Microsoft Word- Create and maintain documents. • Microsoft Forms- Create QR Codes for uses such as Plant Safety Orientation tests.• FlowCal- Navigate through various data pertaining to meters such as the pressures and flow, pull various reports such as Orifice meter reports and monthly analysis reports.• TotalFlow WinCCU-Obtain meter tube size, orifice plate size, flow rate, locating the calibration setting and pressures along with polling meters to obtain current data. • New Mexico OneCall System- Obtain OneCall Tickets and pull reports.• XMap- look up locations, pipelines, and meters along with entering information into reports such as line leaks and repairs mad to the pipeline.• ISNetwork- obtain information on Vendor safety ratings.• Veriforce- obtain reports OQ Qualifications. • CMA (Condensate Measurement App) Able to enter condensate tickets for SENM Plants.
