Leads a team of highly motivated engineers and technicians in releasing new products at Probe.Support all engineering runs needed to facilitate process improvement at Fab, test time reduction (smart trim, test reduction, etc) and yield improvement efforts at both Final Test and Wafer SortCollaborate with cross-functional team/s in introducing new processes required by certain devicesPerform qualifications of new tester and probe cards

• Responsible for yield improvement and yield trending for RF transceiver device• Responsible for repair of loadboards and probecards• Responsible for communication and coordination of all Wafer Test and Final test related matters to the product group, especially for engineering samples and transfer of new products or test programs.• Responsible for program debugging, new product qualification, machine set-ups, system hang-up troubleshooting, and other related matters requiring disposition of Test personnel.• Introduce new process, maintain and generate improvement in order to support BL`s and manufacturing needs and ensure high quality products and total customer satisfaction.• Provide analysis and resolution of Test/Type program related problems in order to prevent occurrences.• Coordinate and implement Test time, Yield, Flow optimization in order to improve test efficiency and cost.

• Part of the Project: Radio Frequency Microelectronics for Wireless Technologies – Phase II: Development of Advanced Broadband Wireless System• Co-developed and produced a transceiver kit that was used by partner - college and universities in order to explain RF concepts• Performed Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing on pilot product of Innovatronics• Responsible for giving Training on RF Fundamentals to partner - college and universities
