- Monitor, maintain & update staff's monthly attendance and overtime records.- Monitor, maintain & update staff's leave records.- Monitor, maintain & update employee personal data records.- Maintain employee personal files, HR filling and etc.- Assists in uniform related matters including staff laundry entitlement.- Handles in staff related petty cash claims.- Responsible in preparing & ordering staff's name tag and name card.- Conduct new staff orientation program.- Assists in HR events such as Annual Dinner.- Assists in duty roster matters.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Responsible to maintain and update employee's personal records.- Manage and update employee leave record.- Monitor employee daily attendance and OT record.- Prepare monthly HR Summary Report for management review.- Prepare monthly Payroll Report.- Prepare employees monthly Payslip.- Handling monthly Statutory Contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening CV, phone screening, interview arrangement and follow up candidates.- Prepare HR related letter and memo.- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by Director.
