Provide assistance and care support to patients in 40 West Palm Beach facilities in applying for services available through the Department of Children and Family (DCF) such has Medicaid, SNAP/food stamps and other governmental agencies. Responsible for increasing Dual-Eligible membership in Conviva locations and assisting centers patient retention, patient loyalty, and growth. Serve as an advocate and educator to applicants in need of assistance of services.

Proactively recruit to be accountable for marketing workers compensation care services to create company recognition and program awareness in the South Florida region encompassing Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. Promotional activities include designing and implementing territory business plan, daily sales presentations and delivering education programs. Identify company and staff needs and emphasize benefits for enhancing patient care to facilitate and drive referrals. Consistently meet and exceed revenue quota. Exceeding YTD sales quotas by 112%. Sell all service lines including urgent care medicine, worker’s compensation injury care and other employer services including drug screens (pre-employment and/or post-accident); DOT and non-DOT physicals; immunizations, physical ability tests, etc. Generate leads through sales tools such as Reference USA, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Manta, business license information, etc. Attend industry networking events including Chamber of Commerce, business associations, community organizations, municipalities, etc. Prospect and capture new accounts. Effectively upsell accounts to other company services.  Establish relationships with renewable leads resources such as safety consultants/managers, carrier contacts/adjusters, HR consultants/managers, etc. Conduct center tours and give presentations of USHW services.  Often ranked #1 and consistently ranked in the top 3 sales professionals in the SE Region every month during tenure.
