I am passionate about creating a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence at Froedtert ThedaCare Health. As the Chief Learning and Organization Development Officer, I lead the strategy and execution of talent development, leadership development, change management, organization development, and change initiatives that support the organization's vision, mission, and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with various industries, sectors, and geographies, and having earned a PhD in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington.In my current role, I leverage my skills and certifications in neuroscience, human capital strategy, cognitive coaching, business strategy, and strategy execution to design and deliver evidence-based, impactful, and scalable learning solutions that enhance the performance, engagement, and well-being of our employees, leaders, and stakeholders. I also partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement that aligns with our strategic goals and priorities. Some of my recent achievements include launchin new leadership practices that produce ready-now leaders from diverse backgrounds, re-inventing orientation that increases retention of new hires and saves millions of dollars in recruiting costs, designing and implementing an internal change management practice that increases the success of large-scale changes and increases employee satisfaction with changes.
