• Oversee Purchasing Department – Panda Hotel & BP International House• Forecast and planning on both F&B and Non-F&B items. i.e. Guest Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Glassware and Silverware, Light Bulb etc.• Support all appropriate business development programs with Purchasing support and project management• Tender processing of the hotel’s project and regular operating service• Work with vendors to determine the best deals for the hotel and based on their price, quality, delivery and other factors to evaluate the pros and cons of them.• Initiate awareness of new products to management, as well as advice on potential cost-saving measures.

• Responsible for all purchase items on all food and non-food items on hotel service. • Seeking reliable sources of supply and supervise the actual purchasing and control of price, delivery and quality.• Tendering Work• Negotiating Prices and Contracts.• Works with all departments and develop relationship with all vendors and users.• Review and approve purchase requisitions and orders within the limits of the signing authorities.• Representative of Food and Beverage Costing team. • Representative of Charterhouse FSHD (Food Safety Hygiene Department)• Supervise the whole purchasing teams (Purchasing Clerk, Costing Accountant, Store Assistant)

• Organize and manage purchase request and purchase order of Langham Hotels International. (Non-Food Items) and Main Street Café Hong Kong. (Food and Non-Food Items)• Tendering Work.• Stock Control on Main Street Café guest supplies.• Price Negotiation• Develop relationship with all suppliers and users.
