After joining in the finance team of IT department in Innovent, I have been responsible for promoting the whole group’s finance process to improve the operational efficiency. The main tasks I have done are as follows:• Having leading a life-cycling travel& expense reimbursement IT project at group level on initiating, developing, and operating business applications by SAP Concur and CloudPence System with suppliers, IT& finance colleagues• Having led the management team to set the 2021/2022-year budget of whole group and being guiding users to make budget input in Tagetik system;• Being participated in Group SRM IT project by SAP Ariba to help build connections with finance and procurement• Maintenance of SAP FICO such as trouble shooting, period-end closing and so on.• Management all the application infra to balance budget and requirements

Since joining the financial team of the IT department in Microport Group, I have been responsible for the optimization, implementation and maintenance of FICO and BPC. The main projects I have participated in as a leading role include :• The group-level budget preparation work in the second half of each year;• Fico optimization and implementation project in shanghai subsidiaries in 2017;• Fico optimization and implementation project in Suzhou subsidiary in 2018;• the group-level consolidation implementation project by SAP BPC in 2019;• RPA application for budget input project. Since I joined the it department, CIO and CFO highly recognized me, and I got salary increase every year and twice promotion.

As a project manager, I should take charge of everything during the period of ERP implementation, including:• In charge of doing requirement investigation and analysis, forming professional documents;• In charge of the business process diagnosis and the business process optimizing, to match the ERP process with business process in a proper way;• In charge of software installation, debugging, users' training, solving the running problems and maintaining the on-line system, until the ERP sys can be confirmed and accepted officially;
