The Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management is accountable for supporting the CRO in fulfilling the mandate of the Risk & Compliance function and the development, management, and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), and Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) frameworks, including linkage to the organization’s Internal Control Framework (ICF). The position develops and maintains the comprehensive ERM, ORM, RCM and related policies and procedures that outline the credit union’s risk and compliance management approaches and practices.
