• Planned and led investigations to evaluate the precision and reproducibility of the MIMIC System and comparisons to human in vivo immune responses following vaccination.

• Fronted the development of the MIMIC System B cell module capable of evaluating in vitro human antigen-specific recall and naive B cells responses.
• Contributed to the development of the full MIMIC System, a human biomimetic in vitro model that interrogates human innate, humoral, and cellular immunity.o The MIMIC System is now routinely being used across Sanofi.
