Actively involved as an international behavioral health and children and youth services surveyor for the Commission on Rehabilitative Services (CARF) accrediting organization. Provide consulting for organizations planning to see accreditation, assist in program development and expansion, assist in necessary policy and procedure development, strategic planning, do grant research and writing after working with organizations to complete a needs assessment and assist with financial planning for financial solvency. Provide training in person onsite and/or via Skype or PowerPoint with competency based assessments in all behavioral health areas specifically mandatory training for CARF accreditation, various state Medicaid requirements and others as requested in my area of competency. All training includes pre and post tests if requested. Is designed specific to the organization, with local demographics etc.

Owner of B&J Consultant and Planning LLC: specializing in working with behavioral health organizations developing new program initiatives, expansion of funding sources with a focus on sustainability, CARF accreditation planning and preparation, development of policies and procedures, day to day office and clinical practice manuals, development of forms, brochures, etc.; on sight observation of practices and training as required.
