Some notable achievements include:• In 2007, rebranded the annual Jewish book fair as the JAAMM (Jewish Arts, Authors, Movies & Music) Festival and ramped attendance from 1300 the first year to over 5000 in 2011. • In 2011, conducted a two-month strategic analysis of the fitness center including competitive analysis, compensation analysis, member survey, industry data collection and employee interviews which resulted in a complete department restructuring. In the six months since implementation, membership has been net positive for five out the last six months. • In 2012, conducted an assessment on the effectiveness of the JCC’s communication vehicles, the result of which was a redesigned website, streamlined ‘top 5’ weekly e-newsletter and graphic focused, concise seasonal guides to create a more compelling communication platform driving the user to the website for program detail and registration. One measurement of success was that the e-newsletter open rate increased from an average of 17% to 25%.
