With over 15 years of patent database management experience. Janice was originally introduced to the patent world as a consultant tasked with the creation, documentation, and implementation of custom patent repositories for several Micropatent clients. In addition, for over 20 years, Janice provided IT training, development, and customer support across many industries. She joined Fairview in March 2008, as part of the Professional Services division. In 2011, Janice detoured into Digital Science as the North American Sales Manager for SureChem, a chemically annotated international patent database based on what is now CLAIMS Direct. From 2013 until her return to the IFI fold, Janice focused on Sponsorship solution selling across the Nature Research portfolio of scientific journals.
