CurrentMHA is a charity providing care, accommodation and support services for more than 16,000 older people throughout Britain. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of older people, combating loneliness and isolation by creating communities that care. Responsible for the inception & leadership of the sales function of MHA’s expanding new retirement living developments, plus a portfolio of resale properties with revenues in excess of £100m. My role is to shape, create and build the core structure & support systems to enable the delivery of a demanding growth plan in line with strategic objectives for the coming years. Accountable for operational service delivery by line managing the central support function, remote sales teams and all related positions based throughout the UK. Partnering with external and internal stakeholders inc developers, solicitors, investors, religious bodies, care & operational teams in addition to developing ongoing property sales plans as well as business development strategies.
