In 2007 Ms. Winter founded Luxury Brand Consulting, Inc., a company that specializes in branding, marketing, business development, Retail Development, and Sales/Distribution. She is aligned with best in class retail organizations, luxury companies in fine jewelry, beauty, wellness/spa, fashion and accessories. Her key strengths are in growing businesses while maintaining brand integrity and relevance. In 2009, as interim CEO of Jose Eber International, she formulated the business plan, brand positioning, and created one of the most technologically advanced hair care product lines. Ms. Winter has continued to consult with several fine jewelry companies and emerging brands, developing and implementing strategic growth plans. Her insights on the luxury consumer mindset and the relationship between brands and their customers have brought significant value to retailers and led to the 2013 launch of her new company Janice Winter Inc.In December 1993 Ms. Winter joined the Judith Ripka Companies. From 2000-2007, as President, she led the growth of the business from its early stages as an entrepreneurial startup into an iconic luxury lifestyle brand.Ms. Winter has also had held various executive roles in The Estee Lauder Companies, including the Corporate, Estee Lauder and Aramis divisions.Ms. Winter has been recognized and admired for her leadership in several industry publications.
