As the senior solicitor of Youngs Solicitors and a High Court Advocate I am also an Attorney at Law of the Eastern Caribbean Bar in Antigua and Barbuda. I founded Youngs Solicitors in 1994 after working as an associate solicitor for a general practice firm in London. I moved my practice to Sheffield, South Yorkshire in 1998 where I specialised in immigration and criminal law. I was called to the Bar in Antigua and Barbuda in 2013 where I have previously represented the current Attorney General of Antigua before the Privy Council. I also represented sn Italian national living in Antigua before the Court of Appeals on a charge of murder. I continue to offer advice to the Government of Antigua on matters with regard to legal and environmental issues. I now enjoy the status of an international Attorney representing clients both in the UK and the Caribbean. My Caribbean clients are based in the UK, US, Canada, Italy and further afield. I continue to treat each client with the care and consideration that I would wish to be treated.My area of work in Antigua is mainly company incorporation, property transaction and advising several companies on legal procedures and issues. In the UK I represent clients before the criminal courts and work with like minded advocates in my firm in our quest for justice.
