About Janice N.

Education is my passion. It is an investment that we make in ourselves that offers boundless returns for the rest of our lives. As a Certified Project Manager in the education sector, my commitment is to cultivate learning programs and environments that foster multi-faceted pathways to enable career milestones and ladders for traditional students as well as programs tailored to the industry-standard objectives required to achieve vocational aspirations. My ultimate career goal has been to be of service to the advancement of learning, health education, and using both to incorporate technology; to equip not only knowledge seekers with the necessary tools to enter and advance in their aspirations, but also educators and institutions with the infrastructure and programming they need to be effective in the delivery of learning healthcare. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have continued to pursue this goal at some of the country’s best universities. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, I had the opportunity to lead an integrated learning system design and implementation project, partnering with instructors, administrators, and external organizations to transform the traditional classroom structure and enhance the overall academic experience for special needs students with limited option in rural areas. In my previous position as a Program Coordinator and Project Manager at University of Texas – Southwestern, I spearheaded the recruiting process and onboarding optimization projects, driving cross-functional team collaboration to improve the selection of educators and ensure students have access to the best learning experiences and quality of instruction. Now after earning my PMP certification, I am excited to further leverage my project management skills to create new learning and professional development systems that will allow both students and educators to achieve their full potential. If you would like to learn more about my experience and how I can help your organization transform its educational frameworks and development programs, just send me a connection request!Specialties: Project management | strategic planning | higher education | women's health | medical technology | educational technology | outreach | at-risk learners | behavioral management | school psychology | education psychology | recruitment | career development | mental health
