My passion is to support leaders and others to develop skills and approaches that bring out the best in themselves and others. Supported by online learning specialist, Dr Michelle Selinger, I have turned my passion and experience into online content. Our coaching and mentoring materials are now offered by ATHE -Awards for Training and Higher Education - to their recognised centres, as a complete solution for teaching and assessing level 6 Ofqual regulated qualifications. The qualifications aim to develop skills essential for a successful career in Coaching and Mentoring within both the Education and Business sectors. Pathways for ‘People in Education and/or Training’ and for ‘People in Business/Organisations’ are available for all qualifications.My career has had two strands: HR and international.As an HR professional, I have held senior leadership roles (in investment banking), run major consultancy projects for top organisations, coached and mentored people at all levels. I have also worked as guest lecturer across many different continents, and served for six years as governor and HR Committee Chair at University of Portsmouth. I received recognition from CIPD (UK's professional HR institute) where I was appointed Honorary Vice-President, Learning and Talent Development and given the Chartered Companion CIPD award, and also from University of West London, where I was awarded an Honorary MBA and appointed Visiting Professor, Talent Management. My international work is enhanced by my passion for bringing people together across different cultures and my language skills: I speak Italian, French and Spanish.I continue to coach-mentor senior leaders and am also London campus director of Latam Business School, an HR specialist school in Latin America.
