Ran properties mostly alone. I did audits, rentals, collections, cleaning, maintenance, attended meetings, took payments, sold merchandise, replenished and audited merchandise. set up repair tickets and followed through on each one.

I handle inquiries and problems with Best Buy customers' orders. If misdirected, I transfer to correct department. I also activate phones and assess and fix cell phone activation. I issue gift cards for any inconveniences as well.
