Manage day to day and strategic direction of Human resource functions for non-union manufacturing plant of +500 hourly and +200 salaried employees. Compentencies include:Recruitment and on-boarding; succession planning.Support and counsel managment team on employee performance concerns. Develop job performance evaluation tools and policies. Maintain expertise, implement and develop company policies and procedures governing business footprint.Develop succession and employee development action plans.Drive and partner with management work process improvements to increase productivity and profitability of organization (Quality Circles and Success Six).Support and direct hourly and salaried employees on relationship development and resolutions.Maintain employee HR metrics Network with local communities and business to share best practices, and wage survey informationPromote and initiate company and commuity in civic activities.Manage job opportunity process

Manage all Human Resource functions at facility level with direction from corporate location. Advise and counsel management team on employee, benefits, recruitment, and talent acquisition process. Monitor OSHA 300 status and data. Build relationships with outside vendors as representative of plant location. Develop management tools to evaluate and measure employee performance and attrition. Serve as facility trainer for Diversity plan, perfomance appraisals and evaluations, compensation and development.

Strategic planning and communication to supply chain network, internal and external of company prorgrams and roll outs.Liaison with Buyer and marketing to distribution and supply chain network of in-store programs, new store openings, and inventory control.

Key decision and policy maker as managment team member for 3PL and distribution organization. Manage and direct workforce in 3PL process for three clients. Inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain operations expertise.
