As a member of the Leadership Team the Development Director and Team is responsible for all fundraising activities including individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, campaigns, special events and grants. The Development Director also oversees Donor Relations, Outreach and Marketing.

Ran the employee giving campaign for CUMC-Bergan Mercy and served on the committee to redesign the campaign for the system. Identified and recruited 11 new members to the CUMC-Bergan Mercy Hospital Community Board. Developed and implemented a formal nomination process for the board. Emailed weekly updates to board members and had held regularly scheduled one on ones. Scheduled programming for quarterly board meetings and quarterly social gatherings. Managed production and wrote copy for grants, marketing pieces, presentations, letters and social media. Produced videos used for internal and external distribution. Worked closely with marketing to support campaigns and activities of the Foundation.Achieved or exceeded all goals.
