Bionic's proprietary "Growth OS" sets the operational conditions required for Fortune 100 enterprises to create new solutions to the world's biggest problems. Bionic works with critical teams within the largest companies to move rapidly from promising idea to scaled commercialization. Developed and launched Bionic's Organizational practice, refactored the company's validation methodology, and sat on Fortune 100 growth boards.

As an internal leadership consultant within Pivotal, I worked with leaders to identify, clarify, and resolve difficult issues. Through semi-structured critical thinking processes, we solved the thorny, cross-departmental issues that come with rapid scaling and the run up to IPO. Our particular focus was on facilitating clear and high-quality decision-making.

The Luxr team joined Pivotal to amplify, extend, and develop innovation and Lean Startup methodologies. My role focused on helping clients and consultants adapt to include Agile and Lean work processes, decide what products to build, what to put into those products, and how to work in a more efficient and human-friendly way.

LUXr was among the first Lean Startup coaching and training firms for early stage companies. Our accelerator program served more than 50 startups in San Francisco and New York, and our team taught thousands of entrepreneurs around the world. Alumni include founders from high-growth startups like Lyft and Indie Go Go. The Luxr team joined Pivotal in 2014. According to PitchBook data & Babson College, only 187 of the 6,517 companies received VC funding during that period had a female CEO. I'm proud to have been among them.
