I can use my natural ability to ask the right questions to get to the root of a challenge in order to address the situation in the best manner possible. Over the course of my career, I consistently used the following four values to meet any challenge.𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲. As Vice-Chair of the Board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, we successfully transitioned to a new CEO and Executive team over the past two years, reflecting Ben’s future growth potential.𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. Our 8-person executive team from Arbitron secured funding to reverse-spin the parent company to create a new entity listed on the NYSE. As an Executive Officer and CIO of the new ARB, we created a world-class IT environment that enabled the strategic vision, leading-edge technology, and SOX compliance to be fulfilled. The stock price doubled by year 3.𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴. As a senior leader of the Systems Integration team, we provided technical capability in addition to programmatic oversight for our sponsor to formalize the requirements, plans, and execution of a multi-billion dollar digital transformation production system replacement. Successful implementation required leading the development and integration of the needs of a dozen distinct organizations and private contractors to coalesce. As a result, the system transitioned effectively into production as a critical capability for the U.S.𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 whether in a business facing supply chain issues, cyber-security issues, or risk management challenges or in one's personal life. When my husband of thirty years passed away, I needed to re-align my entire life from a team of two to one. As part of this evolution on a personal level, I made the time to satisfy a lifelong dream of athletics and fitness, focusing on ballroom dancing, singing, and becoming a certified aerial fitness instructor. I became acutely aware that “there is always a path through the forest, no matter how dense or uncomfortable”.
