Janice has diverse experience in the oil & gas industry with the thread of geology tying her career together. She has worked in project management and business development roles to promote integrated geoscience and engineering solutions. She started her career as an exploitation geologist at Amoco Production Company working Offshore Louisiana reservoirs. She then moved to Schlumberger to use her geological background to design, project manage and sell multi-client seismic programs worldwide. She then moved within Schlumberger to SIS to manage a consulting team with a focus on the integration of software and data management to achieve efficiencies for geoscientists and engineers. In her next role at Schlumberger Data & Consulting Services, she sold solutions to optimize production onshore using Schlumberger technology and consulting. In her last position at Schlumberger she was in a sales management role in the microseismic and borehole seismic domain working onshore North American basins, predominantly in the oil & gas shale plays.
