Also responsible for administration of the pay requests and CPM schedules submitted by the contractor.Scheduling/Claims AnalysisServed as a senior engineer in Atkins's Program Controls group with extensive experience in critical path method (CPM) scheduling, cost estimating and Risk Analysis. Also experienced in contract claims analysis, including delay, schedule, inefficiency, cost and time impact analyses, and dispute resolution. Key projects include Contract Time Determination Schedule of the Southwest Parkway in Dallas, Texas; Risk Analysis study of the Manor Expressway in Austin, Texas; and Scheduling/Claims Analysis of other major road and rail construction projects nationwide. Feasibility PlanningPerformed over 50 feasibility analysis studies on candidate toll projects throughout the state of Texas. Developed Version 2.0 of a software application called the Preliminary Feasibility Tool (PFT) for use by TxDOT Districts, tolling agencies, and other stakeholders to allow users to screen a candidate toll project for tolling feasibility and determine whether the project would be worthy of further analysis.

Engineering Diagnostics, Inc (EDI) specializes in investigating, evaluating, and remedying various types of problems with existing structures. I performed water infiltration studies, engineered waterproofing remedies and failure repairs, and assisted in forensic investigations. The projects typically included the study of existing conditions and developing reports with recommendations for repair and opinions of probably construction cost. When an owner elected to implement the recommendations from our studies, I worked to design remedies, write technical specifications, generate drawings, assist the owner in bidding the work, and perform project administration and monitoring services during implementation of the design.
