Service Manager
-Shape the future of service offerings by focusing on operational efficiency and oversight. Maintain accountability for the management and execution of all operational services functions including money movement, trade support, and operational approvals. Partner with Complex Sales and Risk teams to ensure execution of business deals aligns with service initiatives. -Enforce compliance with firm policies and procedures and ensure regular self-audit testing; collaborate with Complex Risk Officers to generate corrective action plans as necessary.-Lead operational remediations within the team, ensuring corrective actions are completed prior to deadlines.-Streamline workflow, working cross functionally to maximize productivity and provide internal team support.
