Started my career as a Pharmacist from India, currently employed at VON as a Client Service Associate, where I deal with patients’s policies, billing, accepting offers and responsible to communicate via calls and schedule clients. As a caregiver at Nurse Next Door, I provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors and people with disabilities in their homes. I have experience working in this role for over a year and a half. Moreover, I gained skills in confidentiality, data entry, and Microsoft Outlook. I am also a postgraduate student at Conestoga College, pursuing a degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in the healthcare field. I have a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Parul University, where I gained a solid foundation in pharmacology, physiology, and chemistry. I aim to combine my caregiving experience, pharmacy education, and health management studies to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of my clients and the community. I am passionate about health care and eager to learn new things and grow professionally.
