With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I am the founder of FitnessFest Conference & Expo, the largest event of its kind in the Southwest. As a continuing education provider for the ACE, AEA, NASM and ISSA, I select and organize speakers, workshops and trainings, vendors and sponsors, for our conferences, which attract diverse and passionate fitness professionals who want to grow and learn.I am also the owner and operator of Desert Swim School, a swim lesson program for children that I have managed since 1985. As an aquatic fitness professional, I have trained hundreds of people in water exercise, especially older adults who benefit from its therapeutic effects. I have developed an online hybrid aqua certification course that is convenient and accessible for anyone who wants to become an aqua instructor. My specialties lie in experience, motivation, inspiration, and a genuine concern for people of all ages and levels. In addition, I have several locations in the Phoenix metro area where we offer aqua fitness as a service. My goal is to inspire the fitness world to be the best that we can be.
