I am a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified EMT and a licensed Phlebotomists, currently working at Mercy San Juan Hospital in the Emergency Department as a Tech. Previously was working for a Neurosurgeon as a CMA.Over 25 years of customer service, with the experience and ability to relate to diverse ages, nationalities and backgrounds. I have worked in the school setting from elementary to Jr. High school for over 6 years. Efficient, organized and thorough even under busy or stressful situations. My management experience enables to teach and explain information in a clear and concise manner.
