I have worked for 30 years in the charity and non-profit sector, starting off as a volunteer for an environmental charity and working my way to 15 years in senior leadership roles and becoming a successful CEO and Board Director. Alongside my charity career, I have practised and studied yoga, meditation and wellbeing techniques for over 20 years; I now combine my passions for wellbeing and non-profit management by working part-time for the Sussex Recovery College and part-time as a wellbeing coach.
