Our specialty is creating classic-style cocktail pairings to enhance your dining experience.We have experience meeting very specific dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegan. We have been baking gluten-free breads, cakes and cookies since 2009, and do a great deal of customization to create delicious foods that meet the some of the most complicated dietary restrictions. Our products are available for sale during the summer months at the Mayfair Market and by special order during the rest of the year. We have shared our wild-yeast breadmaking techniques with the local chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association. Many of our customers also come to us requesting dairy-free and egg-free creations.
