A retired municipal leader, I served as CAO for Peel Region from 2020-2023, and City Manager and CAO for the City of Mississauga from 2005-2020. I have an extensive background in both the private and public sector with 35 years of leadership and fiscal administration experience in municipal government, including senior positions with the City of St. John’s, NL and the City of Oshawa.I have served on a number of corporate and not for profit boards, and currently serve on the Board of the Municipal Employer Pension Centre of Ontario. I am proud to hold the ICD.D designation.I have received a number of awards including:- the Vanier Medal from the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, the first municipal leader to receive this honour-
