Dr. Johnson also led the development of GraphIti, a data capture, analysis, and reporting software that reduced Johnson & Johnson’s data analysis time in the pharmaceutical development department by 99%.A scholar-practitioner, Dr. Johnson earned a Ph.D. in Organization & Management from Capella University, and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Biology from Louisiana Tech University. She has served on numerous academic committees which include the Academy of Management, the Southern Management Association, and the School of Business Curriculum Council for the University of Phoenix.Dr. Johnson has received numerous awards throughout her career for innovation, strategic thinking, leadership, and outstanding performance.
