Wunderman Mexico was experiencing a substantial financial loss, a downward trend in sales, product quality issues, and client attrition. In six months, the company was turned around by attracting the best talent in the industry, training the team, creating a culture of empowerment, agility, appreciation, and trust. Wunderman was able to retain and substantially grow the Ford business and it also added to its client roster Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Telefónica and Danone. Product innovation included the first on-line website in Mexico to sell cars.

Grew the company three fold and turned it into one of the three most profitable in the world. Attracted clients like Banco Popular, Taco Bell, Frito Lay and developed award winning programs for Johnson and Johnson and KFC.
