Over 3 decades of progressively responsible, senior-level Human Resources Management experience both as an outside consultant and as internal HR business partner in both service and manufacturing organizations. I have a strengths-based consulting practice, with substantial broad and deep strategic as well as hands-on/tactical expertise in investigation of employee complaints/employee relations; M&A due diligence and acquisition integration; change management, restructuring and turn-arounds; leadership development and training. Human Resources is actually my 3rd career! I started out in operations management, moved to accounting management and then was invited to step in to an HR role. Those Partners also have experience in organizational change and change management, and team up with administrative and/or site-based personnel to provide an outside perspective and assistance to the leadership at CCSD.
