Key tasks involved a website review, collated insights from user interviews, analysed survey data and user flows. This helped form recommendations to improve online member sign-ups and the creation of wireframes for an simpler member events search function.• UX designer for a national property developer. Key tasks involved the creation of an AI tool which generated images of house interiors and an online option to allow customers to bespoke their home before moving in. I also created high fidelity prototypes, conducted user testing interviews and iterated my design based on gathered insights.
