Event related work- Research and work on proposal of upcoming events- Meeting clients (Proposing ideas according to the proposal done, write down meeting minutes)- Coordination work (Planning the programme beforehand and on the actual day)- Duty during all the events- Helping out in any last minute changes of events- Preparing goodies for the launching events- Contact/ Liase all the suppliers2. Admin related work- Issue payment voucher for suppliers- Compile all the important documents accordingly- Purchasing air tickets for all the crews and materials for upcoming events- Decorate office in related festival Décor

- Bake all sort of breads- Involved in selling breads and serving the customers

- This student exchange program to South Korea was sponsored by Rotary Club of Subang, District 3310 - Visited high schools and university of South Korea and presented about Malaysia to the students - Interacted with hosts and the students from South Korea

- Assist children with painting canvas, clay mould, art & craft - Event crew for children birthday party
