Mainly helped organize the annual Parents Weekend, where over 5000 USC parents (and families) attend the 3 day event on campus. Duties include preparing marketing materials, liaising with internal and external parties, arranging logistics, acting as student ambassador and providing general assistance during events.

The focus of this role is to act as Orientation Advisor at the annual USC Hong Kong Orientation Program, which is one of the main Orientation Programs outside of the US. Prior to the event, the OAs undergo several months of training as well as guidance on various techniques such as assisting registration of classes through the online system. Duties on the day of include participating on the student panel, leading small group discussions and other general ad hoc tasks.
