- Pioneered the Master Data Management Team for Holcim Philippines' Business Service Center, from organizational design (in coordination with Human Resources), to defining and documenting operational processes, procedures and protocols.- Managed a team that handles creation and maintenance of employee master data including SAP release tables and approval matrices, material master data, vendor master data, and accounting (SAP FI/CO/AM) master data in SAP.

- Created new process designs for plant accounting and month-end closing processes that was used to transition, then, current business set-up to shared services in collaboration with the entire project team- Defined the specifications needed for financial reports automation in SAP.- Prepared training manuals for new Business Service Center (BSC) positions.
