Sports Officials UK Ltd is an umbrella organisation which supports the development of 'sports officials' across core sports UK wide. Their role is to develop National Occupational Standards for officiating, qualifications and resources generically, a clear agenda linking to the 2012 Olympics Legacy. As the first CEO of Sports Officials UK Ltd, to date I have played a pivotal role in the incorporation as a limited company, formulation of the Board, sought and secured funding and written the vision and strategic plan.
