CurrentAssist in interviewing prospective customer service representatives.Assist and coordinate training new and existing customer service representatives on the different products, services and software programs.Provide Excellent Customer Service in a busy call center environment.Maintain high level of integrity selling as evidenced by new policies written and successful Life Referrals and consistently meet or exceed expected sales goals and quotas. Professionally handle existing customer inquiries, policy changes, complaints, billing questions in varying degree of complexity both accurately and in a timely manner.
