The Director of Admission leads the School’s enrollment efforts by communicating the School’s mission and vision to prospective families, feeder school audiences, and educational consultants. As the first contact prospective families have with the Admission Office, this position requires complete knowledge of the admission process, the School’s programs in the Lower, Middle, and Upper divisions, and the value of a Lovett School education. Provides leadership and supervision to the Admission Office support staff. Manages the recruitment, enrollment and retention of all families. Partners with administrative staff to guide strategic enrollment management efforts for a sustainable future.

Provided counsel and support to prospective families through the admission process. Planned and implemented all admission and retention events. Worked closely with school division principals to coordinate faculty involvement in the admission process.
