In this role I lead all impact measurement and management strategies focused on helping us understand the impact our work has on the community, how we can improve the impact and communicate it to elevate the entrepreneurial story. I lead efforts around elevating our data systems and software tools to optimize and improve workflows and data quality. I also tackle strategic initiatives with the potential to expand or elevate our impact and work across the region.

Northwest Colorado Health is an integrated health organization working in 5 counties across Northwest Colorado. Core services include:-Primary, behavioral, and dental care through (2) Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)-Community health as the designated public health agency for Routt & Moffat Counties-Home care services including home health and hospiceOverall responsibilities included providing support and leadership in developing new business opportunities across the agency that improve core functions and add new innovative activities to help meet the agency mission. Work includes managing cross-functional teams, leading business development opportunities including acquisitions and new programs, management and team support, data collection and analysis, and leadership on digital technology growth in the agency. Major projects included: -Development of telehealth programming for agency including telepsychiatry, telemonitoring, and virtual visits. -Partnering with local Community College to develop an integrated health office using on-site and digital care. -Project support for Accountable Care Organization work including team based care and quality/performance improvement initiatives. -Served as transition lead and Interim Executive Director of nonprofit dental clinic during acquisition and transition of services into Northwest Colorado Health. -Supported development of organizational data strategy and digital strategies. -Developed initial structure for organizational innovation/service design lab to help provide the best services possible for our customers and community. -Supported the development of a Chronic Pain Management program to reduce the use of opioids using alternative practices inside the clinic including massage, acupuncture, and behavioral health.

Led the Northwest Colorado Community Health Partnership (NCCHP), which included 12 partner agencies across five counties, to provide coordination, technical assistance, grant management and research to community and regional partnership initiatives. Projects included -Project lead for Community Health Needs Assessments and Planning process for 4 counties-Development of community wide ACO care team for the Colorado Medicaid Accountable Care Collaborative serving over 5,000 clients across 5 counties. -Organization of community wide work groups including non-emergent transportation, care transitions, care coordination for vulnerable populations, and regional oral health initiatives.

-Developed communication and marketing plans for the organization. -Created communication tools to engage alumni, parents, students, patrons, donors and other interested parties. -Managed social media platforms to engage target audiences. -Supported the development an organizational fundraising plan and lead the implementation of the plan. -Participated in all fundraising activities including donor and public relations, direct mail appeals, and special events. -Managed data entry and organizational operation of donor database (Raiser's Edge)-Developed collateral materials for marketing and development.

CIVHC was a Governor initiated program that started at the Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy & Financing. I lead the effort to transition the program out of the office and become a standalone 501(c)3 organization. My previous employment at the State of Colorado is a continuation of this position. Assisted CEO, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Policy & Program Director, Communications & Marketing Director, and Information Technology Director. Organizational work focused on statewide efforts for payment reform, delivery system redesign, and development of one of the first All Payer Claims Databases in the country. -Event coordination for multiple stakeholder meetings. -Assisted in research, analysis and writing policy and grant reports. -Website and information technology management. -Contract management.

I worked at the Department of Health Care Policy & Financing in Project Management and Policy Analysis. I assisted in coordination of legislative implementation, developed project plans, assisted in facilitating meetings, and coordinated logistics for the Center for Improving Value in Health Care and the Centennial Care Choices program panel. I assisted in the analysis and implementation of Governor Ritter Jr.'s Building Blocks to Health Care Reform.
