The Operations & Admin Manager will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director in all administrative functions related to Museum operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, office management, grant report entry, and correspondence with the Museum’s accountant, insurance broker, and other vendors. Reporting to the Executive Director this position's primary responsibility is to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency by establishing order and structure around the administrative functions of the museum.
