I am and experienced and qualified coach committed to combining a solution focussed and pragmatic approach with empathy, encouragement and support. I design and deliver many of the group activities from formal training courses to fun packed team building days making sure they meet both the needs of the individual and the organisation, not always easy! I pride myself on my honest, creative and informal approach believing whole heartedly that we will all learn better when working in this way and having fun. I have a genuine desire to see people and organisations flourish. A natural optimist I find strengths based coaching truely amazing. No longer do we need to fit into a stereotype of what people expect we can truely maximise everything that makes us individual. So what of my strengths? What do you get working with me?
