Liaised between the sales and marketing leaders to execute the defined strategy for the specific channel partner(s), including project initiation, project management, new product launches, line review, pricing, product mix, merchandising and category analysis.Over the years responsible for the following Canada and US customers: Ace Hardware, Aldi, AllPro, Blains Farm Fleet, Distribution America, Do It Best, Dunn Edwards, Fred Meyer, Fleet Farm, Janco, Kelly Moore, Meijer, Menards, Home Hardware, Orgill, Pacoa, Paint Sundries Solutions, True Value• Won line reviews in 2019 with key distributors, adding over 225 products to distribution centers.• Organized and rolled out to distributors Hero Brands Advertising Campaign, including each brand’s media plan and digital assets “2019 Playbook”.• Collaborated and worked with outside vendor to develop website, enabling dealers and distributors to order labels for the re-label initiative and new product launch.• Partnered with general manager to create an automated-find-at-a-glance data tool for Salesforce for our division, compartmentalizing such data as current assortments, presentations, and price lists.• Interacted with the lab and IT to create an “Electronic Formula Book,” cost savings tool, a win for both Valspar and their dealer base, creating a value add to both, added convenience, and saving time.• Developed and deployed national rebate program identifying most active dealers from 10K+ to receive “rebate promo kits,” saving $225K per year.• Contributed to 6-Sigma Green Belt process improvement projects, including increasing label consistencies, deploying process to rationalize / harmonize merchandising aids throughout the life cycle.• Spearheaded “Volatile Organic Compounds” (VOC) project, developing spreadsheet with thousands of products along with regulatory compliance information, eliminating potential fines of up to $200K each.
