About Jani Foss Jacobsen
in my work i would like to use my skills and feel that i contribute to make a difference for other people.I am driven by new challenges and by creating the right foundation for those who have to work with the result on a daily basis. To see that what I have contributed to create actually works and works even better than from where we came, is a huge inspiration to me.With a wide experience within the private sector together with my many years as board member and instructor within the life of volunteer organisations, I have a wide toolbox to use.I am looking for responsibility, involvement, influence, many interested parties and likely in a coordinating function.Based on my experience I am open to both the ITIL and Service Management context and to the associations’ organisation context.I am thinking both in solutions, identifies the customer needs, designs and contributes to the implementation, but I am also very efficient in the operational level and I am not afraid to put myself by the keyboard to bring forward the right result. I also thrive with motivating, teaching and getting people “on board”. Not just to communicate the message but the whole process with facilitation, coordinating and create the necessary material to ensure reaching the goal with understanding and acceptance in the organization with new ways of thinking, processes and methods.
