Currently I am working for the end-to-end delivery process automation architecture of the Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (NDAC) - industrial private wireless network platform for 5G and LTE (4G). This end-to-end delivery process consists of everything from offer and order creation till the real deployment.Earlier I have been responsible for designing operations support system's (OSS) high-level architecture from scratch for Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (NDAC) – enterprise private wireless network platform for 5G and LTE (4G). OSS is one of the key components in the NDAC system.Our OSS features full management for a lot of base stations attached into thousands of NDAC private networks.Our OSS contains for example- Configuration management (CM) for configuring base stations in private networks- Fault management (FM) for monitoring potential base station faults in private networks- Performance management (PM) for monitoring base station performance in private networks- Software management (SWM) for upgrading base stations’ software- Base station Plug and Play – our OSS system prepares base station configurations automatically in the background and upgrades base station’s software and download & activate configuration automatically right after base station is physically installed - API allowing customers to fetch PM and FM data into their external network management systems (NMS) or operations support systems (OSS).Our OSS is ready for Self-Organizing Networks (SON) functions, which optimizes base station configurations automatically based on PM and FM data.Our OSS is also multivendor-capable.

I worked as the Lead UI Renewal Architect in R&D business unit, which had hundreds of employees in Finland, Poland and India. This role included close co-operation with many important stakeholders, for example with product owners, interaction and user experience designers, own and other organizations' architects and of course with developers.In this role I for example designed new reusable web component concept for our organization and other organizations and product lines decided to take the same concept into use too. This concept was also selected to play very important role in our product’s new strategy and vision. It is possible to develop new web applications easily combining these web components and these components can be reused anywhere very easily, just adding few lines of JavaScript code. It is possible to integrate these components into any web application, even into customers’ own web applications.I led complex innovative prototyping projects in this role and guided the organization in a new direction.Designing common web UI development practices and improving web UI development co-operation between our organization's offices were also my responsibilities.
