About Jani Lindroos

A positive hands on kind of guy who gets things done. I take personal pride from doing my work with high quality outcome and on schedule. I find great motivation and satisfaction from creating cool products. Chance to influence construction of the final product is just awesome. Some of my main strengths are active participation to problem solving, close co-operation with different parties and ability to know which solutions work and don’t work. I'm very well customed to teamwork in multicultural environment. I have 17 years of experience in mobile business from Nokia / Microsoft. During those years I have participated in making of several successful products. Last 5 years I have been working as HW Chief / Lead engineer doing various demanding product development tasks - with 3 well known Lumia products released. In the future I would very much like to keep on doing varying engineering tasks and make good use of my broad experience in electronics product making.
