About Janina Hoffmann
“Removing the faults in a stage-coach may produce a perfect stage-coach, but it is unlikely to produce the first motor car.” – Edward de BonoMy natural inclination for working with my hands and creating something out of nothing led me to study fashion design. Observing the industry's issues, particularly the exploitation of both nature and humans, I knew I wanted to be part of creating a better industry.During my studies, I quickly realized that what we need above all is systematic change. This insight propelled me to co-found NRNY, a peer-to-peer sharing platform designed to keep resources in the loop and promote sustainability. So far I gained diverse work experience and expertise in auditing, compliance, certifications, circular and community-based economy, design, product & business development and marketing.A significant realization I had was that in addition to changing the system, we also need an inner transformation to accompany and facilitate this change. This has fueled my interests towards personal development, sustainable transformation, and new economic models.In my free time, I dedicate myself to personal development and helping others grow. Through the oikos Leadership Program LEAP, where I contributed as a peer coach and 1:1 coach, I have witnessed the profound impact on people's relationship skills, starting with a better understanding of themselves.Let's connect and explore how we can drive systematic and personal transformations together.
