• Planning, organization, implementation and post-processing of events• Concept development of new events, research of speakers and locations• Taxation of Events• Auditing and account assignment of invoices as well as their review for tax relevance• Marketing budget monitoring• Coordination within the group and observance and promotion of the brand• Research, creation and monitoring of promotional items • Content based maintenance of the corporate intranet

• Planning, organization, implementation and post-processing of events• Organization and administration for all events as well as taxation of the events• Research of speakers and locations as well as topics for events• Creation of the event calendar• Research, issue and monitoring of promotional items

• Support in the HR department• General administrative work• Support of employees in all organizational areas
